Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. The returned item must be:
- Unworn
- Free from any signs of wear or damage
- In its original packaging
Once we receive the returned item, we will determine its eligibility for a full refund.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please contact us via Instagram or email as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you wish to change your order, please contact us via Instagram or email within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
