Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we offer exchanges within 7 working days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on earrings or pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons, unless the item is faulty.
Do you accept returns?

We accept returns within 7 days after the order is delivered. The returned item must be:

  • Unworn
  • Free from any signs of wear or damage
  • In its original packaging

Once we receive the returned item, we will determine its eligibility for a full refund.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty Items: If your item is faulty, please contact us via Instagram or email as soon as possible.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?

Once your order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you wish to change your order, please contact us via Instagram or email within 24 hours, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What are your pieces made with?

All our pieces are made with 925 sterling silver and 18k solid gold plating, which makes them perfect for everyday wear.
How do I take care of my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry in excellent condition:

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or engaging in physical activities.
